Speed Painting Practice




So here's a quick painting (about 40 minutes) I did while my Digital Professor was showing us his online video for caricature painting in photoshop.

I'm going to love this next project, it's so nice to just paint and lose the line work.

    very nice Meg - try and hit the main planes teethline: it has a front, side (and deeper side), and get some of those sweet planes in the hair.

    And try and keep in mind the neck planes.
    The neck has front that is shaped like an upside down triangle (made by the sternocleido-mastoid). A cross section of the neck is at the chin would be a hexagon and pentagon at the base.
